We will collect, use, disclose, retain and transfer Personal Information for purposes such as: (a) for an executive search assignment being conducted by us under an agreement with one of our clients which involves assistance with the identification, evaluation and/or selection of qualified candidates to fill an executive position with that client; to check or confirm references; to verify the accuracy of Personal Information and conduct appropriate credit and background checks; and  to generally develop and improve our services. We will not use Personal Information for any other purpose incompatible with the purposes outlined in this Consent, unless it is required or authorized by applicable law, or authorized by you.  Employees of our firm may be provided with access to your information for the purpose of fulfilling all of the purposes listed above. We may also disclose Personal Information to: (a) our clients (in most cases with your prior consent); (b) reference sources; (c) our search consultants and research consultants throughout the world; (d) third parties who provide services to us, including assessment services, website hosting, data analysis, resume verification, background checking, and other administrative and security services; and (e) our strategic partners.

We encourage you not to provide sensitive information to us. To the extent you elect to include sensitive information on your resume, we will retain that information. If you do not agree to our collection, use, disclosure, retention and transfer of Personal Information in the manner set forth – please inform us immediately or refrain from providing such information – as we may not be able to present you as a candidate. By “Personal Information we” mean your name, address, telephone number, e-mail address, resume information (e.g., employment history, education, job qualifications, professional credentials, memberships in professional organizations, skills, language skills, hobbies), citizenship, any photographs of you that are provided by you, information from former employers and other references, and any other information relating to you, to the extent we have acquired or you have provided us with such information.
