Rose Spano Iannelli and Jamie Pratt, two highly respected business leaders, founded Spano Pratt Executive Search nearly twenty years ago. Today the firm continues to specialize in representing employment with a purpose.
Rose is a co-founder of Spano Pratt Executive Search and is involved in all aspects of projects within the organization. She works diligently to understand the “corporate culture” and formula for the ideal candidate. Rose is a respected member of the human resource community and holds a SPHR professional human resource certification and a bachelor degree in business.
As a Spano Pratt Managing Partner, Rose has successfully completed hundreds of search projects including many projects guiding search committees to build consensus. Many of her articles related to talent selection have been published and she contributes regularly as a speaker on career transitions and is often quoted on the art of hiring for the right cultural fit. Rose is active in the community serving on the board of the Shorewood Community Foundation, Columbia College of Nursing and TEMPO. In 2015, Rose received the Woman of Influence award from the Business Journal. Prior to forming Spano Pratt Executive Search, Rose spent 10 years in senior level management roles and 6 years leading a talent acquisition organization.
As a Spano Pratt Managing Partner, Rose also oversees the firm’s marketing efforts in the community; creating and publishing the popular Talent Tapas e-news with a distribution of over 9,000 recipients nationwide.
Jamie Pratt is a co-founder of Spano Pratt Executive Search and has cultivated and overseen the not for profit search practice of Spano Pratt for the past 15 years. She is a subject matter expert in developing search strategies, particularly in the non-profit sector. She is skilled at driving searches to a successful fruition, and mentoring executive level candidates.
Critical to the pre-employment and employment negotiation process, Jamie brings over 25 years as a human resource professional and holds a SPHR, a professional human resource certification, as well as a business degree in public administration. Jamie also has spoken on numerous occasions to organizations such as the Association for Fund Raising Professionals, Partnership for Philanthropic Planning and the Jesuit Advancement Administrators organization on topics such as navigating the non-profit career path and employee engagement. Prior to founding Spano Pratt, Jamie spent ten years in senior level management and in a Vice President role for a talent acquisition firm. Also, active in her local community, Jamie serves as the President of the Mukwonago Education Foundation.
As a Spano Pratt Managing Partner, Jamie oversees the firm’s financial and philanthropic efforts.
